Analytics we use

• Google Analytics 4. Aggregate page views, referrers, devices, and rough geography. Used to understand which calculators are useful and where people get stuck. We do not enable Google Signals, advertising features, or remarketing.
• Ahrefs Analytics. A simpler, privacy-conscious traffic tool we use alongside GA4 for SEO research. It records the same kind of aggregate page visit data and does not track you across other sites.

What we don't do

• No ads. No display ads, no affiliate clutter, no sponsored calculators.
• No accounts. There is nothing to sign up for and no profile attached to you.
• No calculator inputs leave your device. When you type into a calculator — text into the word counter, a phrase into the gematria calculator, your dog's age — that data stays in the page. It is never sent to a server.
• No selling or sharing of data. The aggregate analytics described above are used by us, for this site. We don't sell data to third parties.

Cookies and storage

The only first-party browser storage we set is a single key that remembers your light/dark theme preference. The analytics tools above may set their own cookies or use local storage to count distinct visits and sessions. If you prefer to opt out, browser tools like uBlock Origin or your browser's tracking-protection setting will block them.

Server logs

Like any website, our hosting provider records the URL and timestamp of each request, plus the IP address used to make it. These logs are kept briefly and used only to keep the site running and protect it from abuse. They are never sold or shared.

Changes

If this policy ever changes — for example, if we add or remove an analytics tool — we'll update this page and keep it as plain as it is now.
